Pick-up by appointment only. Your order is normally ready within one business day.

After placing your order, call us on +1 (587) 891-3779 or contact us to arrange a time. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready and your time is agreed before visiting. We do not have a walk-in storefront.

Your food will be frozen when you collect it. For a longer journey, bring an insulated bag or cooler to help keep it frozen. Place it in your freezer as soon as you arrive.
